HISTORY OF THE KANSA WAND
In Ayurvedic medicine, the kansa is prized because it is said to balance the three doshas, vata (aire), pitta (fuego) y kapha (agua).
Doshas are energies in the body and their alignment is key to influencing overall health.
It is a holistic beauty and wellness tool., that even reduces stress.
At Gotagota we take care of our kansas, composed of a sacred bronze, an alloy with copper recognized in India as a healing metal to promote health and well-being.
Relief or recovering from :
•Energy centers.
•Muscle tension and stress.
•Cools tissues, ideal for "hot" skin ailments such as acne or rosacea.
The final effect is a rested face, smoothed and radiant.
5 STEPS: HOW TO USE YOUR KANSA WAND
1. Wash your hands and skin with the Gotagota natural facial cleansing gel and then apply the Ayurvedic Rasayana Sublime serum to your facial skin..
2. Start from the third eye chakra with firm circular movements to stimulate it, seven times clockwise and seven times counterclockwise, This is how you will activate the Marma points. Then circularly outwards and eventually circling the contour of our ears we drew an infinity.
3. Works on the temple area. Circularly roll the Gotagota kansa across the temples in circular movements seven times with backward movements.
4. Work the area of your cheeks. Place the Kansa next to the side of your nose and massage the cheek area up to the temple, passing under the cheekbone and ending with a vibration movement on the temple.. (circular movements). We enter the mouth area, barcode and we also go up to the temple.
5. Lower jaw line and neck area. After the mouth area, Firmly massage your jawline upward in circular motions to the bottom of your ear and then downward in downward motions to both sides of your neck. During this phase, include the area just above the jaw and around the mouth area. We will work the neck in this phase with ascending movements to the chin. We will also include the neckline in this phase always from the center of the chest or sternum to the sides. (area near the armpits) with circular movements.
